I joined the training team in March 2020, currently training at our Hessle Road site, after volunteering in the Oakwood Dog Day School for a few years. This gave me a wealth of practical experience whilst also studying Applied Animal Behaviour and Training at Bishop Burton College. In October 2019, I graduated with a degree in this very subject. 

I love doing all things puppy related, training, and socialisation classes. Also, coaching owners through any behavioural issues. 

I'm a huge fan of clicker training and looking at doing a clicker training workshop at our Hessle Road Site. I'm also looking at doing workshops in tricks, jumping up, walking nicely on lead, and recall. 

I love helping dogs and have started to train up to become a dog groomer so I can specialise in this area as well.

Current Qualifications:

• BSc (Hons) Applied Animal Behaviour and Training
• Diploma Level 3 in Animal Management
• First Aid at Work Lvl 2 
• Canine First Aid Lvl 2

Rolo is a miniature poodle who was born in (approximately) November 2013. He is Jaynes dog who she rescued when he was 14 months old. He works alongside a lot of reactive dogs and will often work as a distraction when working on recall. Rolo loves napping on the job and eating just about anything offered to him. He isn’t a huge fan of obedience work or sports so his free time is often spent napping on the couch!
